New York real estate could see a 5 percent jump over the next month or two.

Now my boss, Cody Willard will probably kill me for saying this, as he is a strong NYC housing decline bear, but I belive that the housing situation will have one last upwards trend over the next month or two before it all tanks come holiday season.
My reasoning behind this is that I have a belief that with the falling euro, and declining european housing prices along with the fall of the price of oil, (disregarding yesterdays spike) there will be a rush to value, and where is that percieved value, NYC real estate.
This pattern, however, will only last so long, it is also my belief that when another major bank fails, or the holidays come and there is no bonus to support the outrageous prices, the NYC housing prices will drop like a rock.
LONG AND SHORT OF IT- sell you nyc housing, short nyc housing bonds, and for the love of god, save up, New York is about to get really cheap.
Bernie Mac Dies at age 50, October 5, 1957 – August 9, 2008

Im sad to have to report to you guys that publicist Dankika Smith has confirmed that Bernie Mac, actor star of the Bernie Mac show and the Ocean’s series among other things has died. Long time sufferer of [[sarcoidosis]] (a condition that causes clumps of cells to fourm on internal organs) [[Bernie Mac]] had said his condition went into recession in 2003, and was well enough to make an off color comment in a recent Barack fundraiser. He was recovering from pnemonia, most likely brought on by his sarcoidosis, in a Chicago hospital since august 1st. Publicist, Danica Smith said that he was expected to make a full recovery and that he was responding well to treatment.
